Toyota Yaris - Standard Features & Equipment
Standard safety features that come with the base L trim includes such classic features as seatbelts for all seating positions, airbags, child-protector rear door locks, a tire pressure monitor system, an engine immobilizer, and even a first aid kit. Beyond this, the base L trim sports the Active Safety System, which is a bundle of features that falls under the umbrella name of "Active Safety System". Features that come with the Active safety system include the following: brake override system, anti-lock brake system, electronic brake-force distribution, brake assist, traction control, and dynamic stability control. Possibly the most notable safety feature that come standard with the new Toyota Yaris is the Low-Speed Pre-collision system.
